MOBILE APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY
Order My Care, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”), respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) applies to information and data collected electronically through the Mobile Applicable (the “Application”) and governs electronic data collection and usage by the Company. Please read this Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Information We Collect
We collect a variety of information from you when you purchase, download, install, subscribe or use our Application. We use this information to provide you with up-to-date information as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The information we collect may include the following:
Personal Data: We may collect personal information or data from you, including your name, mailing address, email, telephone number and age. You consent to giving us this “personal data” by providing it to us voluntarily through our Application. You may provide some of this information when you create an account, subscribe to use the Application or otherwise input information into the Application. Your decision to disclose this data is entirely voluntary, but your refusal may prevent you from accessing certain benefits from our Application and our services or products. Additional personal data may be collected by our third-party vendors in the provision of our services or products. Please take the time to review these vendors’ privacy policies to determine how they use and protect your personal data.
Non-Personal Data: There is “non-personal data” that our servers may automatically collect about you when you use our Application, such as your IP address; your operating system; browser type; your telephone number; the dates and times that you access the Application; the content and functions that you view or use in the Application; mobile device name, type, ID model and manufacturer; your country of origin and other interactions with our Application. Additional non-personal data may be collected by our third-party vendors in the provision of our services or products. Please take the time to review these vendors’ privacy policies to determine how they use and protect your non-personal data.
More About IP Addresses: An “IP address” is a unique number that is automatically assigned to your device when you connect to the Internet. It is used to identify your device’s “location” in cyberspace, so that the information you request can be delivered to you. IP addresses do not include your name, email or other information that identifies you personally, but in some cases, they can be used to identify you. For example, if you have registered with our website or Application, we may link your IP address to account information that identifies you personally. We may also provide your IP address to our third-party service providers who can use it to identify your state and zip code. This gives us valuable demographic information about the individuals who use our Application.
Financial Data: “Financial data” relates to your credit card or bank transfer details used to purchase services or products through our Application. We do not store financial data. Financial data is transferred or provided directly by you to our payment processors (including application stores where the Application is available) which are subject to change from time to time. Please take the time to review these processors’ privacy policies to determine how they use and protect your financial data.
Message Data: All supplied personal information, including any information which may be considered protected health information, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology and then encrypted into our database to be accessed only by professionals authorized with special access rights to our systems. Such professionals are required under the Federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) to keep protected health information confidential. We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including the use of passcodes and encryptions. There is no guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our administrative, technical or physical safeguards. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information.
How We Use Your Information
Your information allows us to offer you certain products and services, including the use of our Application, to fulfill our obligations to you, to customize your interaction with us and our Applications and to allow us to suggest other products and services we think might interest you. We generally store your data and transmit it to a third party for processing. However, to the extent we process your data, we do so to serve our legitimate business interests (such as providing you with the opportunity to interact with our Application).
You may, at any time, opt out of receiving any information from us. Your information may be aggregated with other users’ information on a purely non-identifiable basis to enable us to understand how our services and/or products are used so that we may make any necessary improvements or adjustments.
Why We Collect Your Information
We collect information provided through our Application to personalize your experience, improve customer service, process transactions, analyze trends, improve our Application and offerings, resolve disputes, settle any problems and notify you of updates and promotional offers.
Why We Share Your Information
There are situations where we may share your information with a third party. The following are specific reasons why we may share your information:
Third-Party Processing: We may disclose your information to third parties who assist us with various tasks, including payment processing, hosting services and email delivery. We may not always disclose these third-party processors if not required by law.
Related Parties. We may disclose your information to our subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, service providers and other third parties that we use to support our business or to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our Application users is among the assets transferred.
Advertisers. We may disclose your information to third parties to market targeted services and products to you.
By Law: We will disclose your personal information if required by law, court order or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
Security and Prevention: We may disclose your personal information to detect, prevent or otherwise address suspected fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of us, our users or the general public, as required or permitted by law. We may use your information to enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the Mobile Application End User License Agreement.
Interaction with Others: If you interact with others in a group related to any services or products you participate in that are offered by us, other participants may have access to some of your data, including your name, your history of interaction within those groups and any other information that you share.
External Links: Our Application may include hyperlinks to other websites, so please be cautious when clicking these links to outside websites. We do not regularly monitor these sites and are not responsible for the privacy policies of these sites. Please review these privacy policies because they are different from ours and we do not control those privacy policies. Any personal data you choose to provide to, or that is collected by, such third parties is not in any way covered by this Policy. A link to another website from our Application does not constitute an endorsement or representation about the value, quality or usefulness of anything found on that third-party website.

We do not transfer personal information to these third-party analytic vendors. To access our Application, you must consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party analytic companies. Please review their privacy policies.
Opt-Out
You may use any unsubscribe/opt-out features to request that we redact your personal information from our records. We will comply within a reasonable time and, in any case, within the time limits established by applicable law. We may ask you for additional information to verify your identity. In some cases, however, we may limit or deny your request if the law permits or requires us to do so, or if we are unable to verify your identity. If you need further assistance with unsubscribing or opting-out of any of our services or products, or with redaction of your personal information, please email [email protected] for assistance.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We will retain your information in compliance with applicable state law until you opt-out or request removal or redaction.
Children’s Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. You should be aware that our Application is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 18, please contact us at [email protected].
State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. Please refer to privacy resources provided by your State of residency for more information.
Keeping Your Information Secure
We value your trust and take it seriously. To prevent unauthorized access and disclosure, to maintain data accuracy and to ensure the appropriate use of your information, we will utilize industry standard physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard any personal information we collect.
Changes to this Policy
We will occasionally amend this Policy to reflect company and user feedback. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time. If we change our use of your personal information, we will note such change in an amendment to this Policy. If you have any questions about this Policy, please contact us via email at [email protected].
